it's dark in the room, no drawers, the room is very small.

fine stay, as always. clean place with great view of the castle and the river mur. excellent croissants, cereals, yoghourt, and eggs for breakfast. attentive staff on reception and elsewhere. wonderful location to the mur river, in the extra comfy area. next to kaiser josef ii.

I enjoyed the spacious room equipped with excellent laundry service. The room lacked adequate lighting control, and it got bright early due to insufficient curtains, which affected my sleep quality. Despite this, it's a suitable place for business travelers or those planning to explore the area.

Appreciated that the hotel was stylish, bright decor in the rooms. The breakfast was amazing, they make lots of meals. The staff was wonderfully friendly and extremely friendly all the time. The service was great, the food was high quality. Furthermore, the parking was on site and convenient. The marvellous location was near Schlossberg❤

Breakfast was astonishing and delicious, I appreciated almost everything.

The room was tastefully decorated, had essentials, like shower facilities and a hair dryer. The venue was set in the super central position right by the Kunsthaus cafe and the river and cross the river.

The hotel was well located and our spacious twin-bedded room had a lovely river view. The reception staff were very helpful indeed. The breakfast room and buffet breakfast (included) were very good and we enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the dining room. We particularly liked the decoration and style of the hotel.

We were pleased to have access to a PC with wi-fi however an additional PC would have been helpful due to the demand. The weighing scales in the room was a good idea but unfortunately they were not accurate so could not be relied upon. The hotel unfortunately did not have an alternative to offer us which was difficult as we had to check weights of our luggage for air travel.

The location of this hotel was its best feature. Being just across the river from the old town and the main tram lines stop around the corner, made this a very convenient place to stay. Use of the internet was easy and no trouble at all.

Doors to work out room, sauna, etc. were left unlocked, easily accessible to public without use of keys. My room had rather a shabby appearance. It faced a wall, which made it necessary to turn the lights on during the day. After two days I became accustomed to the extremely loud squeaky floor boards and the squeaky bathroom door, though the incessant running water in the toilet tank as well as drippy faucets struck me as being wasteful and non eco-friendly, definitely not something to excuse. This particular room was probably over-priced, especially since breakfast was not included.

it was comfortable, staff friendly, locality-into town.Did not use the Spa facilities,my Sister and I enjoyed our stay and hope to use it again, liked the size of the room and the view "zum Schlossberg!! "

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the center. The staff provided really good assistance, including a helpful bar lady who created a personalized itinerary for us.

The shower setup in our room lacked privacy.

Convenience of hotel location to city centre, excellent breakfast service with friendly and attentive staff. Receptionists very friendly and helpful.

Did not appreciate the barman using his hands to place ice in the glass. The Speisesaal restaurant menu choice was poor which was more akin to a cafe/bistro. No consistency in the volume of alcohol in a 'measure'. Room very good but foam mattresses and soft pillows did not always result in a good nights sleep.

Location is good.

Hotel is undergoing renovation and as such can look like a construction site...dust, noise.Parking is not convenient insomuch that the garage is not linked to the hotel itself; It's around the corner - second intersection, turn right, then proceed for a 30 odd meters, then turn left. This can be confusing if one is not familiar with it. They need to have a concierge as well. Odd entry - exterior doors are swinging (you have to pull the doors open), then the second set of doors slide! There is a set of starirs after the sliding doors before the desk - not good if you have luggage to carry or wheel around. The whole lobby needs a complete renovation to make it function well.
